Compact palletizers
We designed these palletizers with a smaller footprint than other solutions. They employ an industrial robot with customizable interlocked safety guards and light curtains. Compact palletizers can achieve up to 12 cycles per minute (cycles/min) and handle a maximum payload of about 407 lbs. (185 kg).
Complex palletizers
For more challenging applications, we recommend complex palletizing solutions that include a FANUC M-410 robot. Other elements can consist of a pallet dispenser, pallet conveyor, as well as a custom brake meter or row-forming conveyors to handle two rows of products per pick.
Collaborative palletizers
Designed for lighter-weight, slower-speed applications with minimal space requirements, collaborative palletizers typically feature a FANUC CRX-25iA robot, two pallet build stations, and three area scanners for perimeter safety that slow or stop the robot when an operator is nearby. This option is ideal for low-speed lines with little footprint space.
