Case Packers
For top load case packing equipment, we offer three distinct solutions: Drop Packers, Gantry Pick and Place Packers, and Robotic Case/Tray Packers. Each one has an ideal capability range that is described in the table below:
Drop Packers
Designed with simple operator controls, the functionality to incorporate different product styles, and engineered to the highest durability standards in our industry. Our case packers have speeds ranging from 15 – 30 cycles per minute and can run most rigid containers (metal, glass, and plastic) in various pack patterns. A quick and simple changeover process allows our customers to limit downtime, while our low-cost change parts enable them to run multiple products on the same line.
Pick & Place Packers
Our Pick & Place case packer can reach speeds up to 30 cases per minute, depending on the application. These machines can serve multiple industries with optional bladder, gripper, or vacuum tooling. Our pick & place option can be fully customized with lane dividers, vision system, flap control, and sheet inserts.
Robotic Case Packers
As a FANUC Authorized System Integrator, Hamrick delivers a complete robotic solution for case and tray packing. Our robotic packers are ideal for heavy containers, including 1G and 2.5G bottles/jugs, as well as products that require precise orientation within cases.
