Robotic Case Packers – Machine Models
How do robotic case packers differ from manual or semi-automated systems?
Robotic case packers are designed to take the place of manual labor; especially for repetitive motion and heavy tasks, reducing the risk for employee injury, while increasing throughput.
What types of products can be packed using robotic case packers?
At Hamrick Packaging Systems, we typically focus on rigid containers such as bottles, cans and cartons for case packing; that is our specialization.
How many units can your robotic case packers handle per minute?
This is dependent on application. Typical robots can cycle between 12 and 16 cycles per minute. However, we can pack multiple cases per cycle. Contact sales@hamrickmfg.com for more information.
Can these machines manage multiple SKUs in one production line?
Yes, as with all our case packers, these robotic case packers can be changed over with change parts and a new recipe selection on the touchscreen.
Are robotic case packers easy to integrate into existing production lines?
Yes, in many cases we handle the line integration with you.
What are the energy consumption levels of your robotic case packers?
This is application specific. It really depends on the robot size and payload capability selected for the project. Contact our sales team for more details.
Do your robotic case packers include features like case erecting and sealing?
Our ComboBot, a combination robotic case erector and case packer, allows us to erect the cases and pack them in a single frame, allowing for a smaller footprint than 2 individual machines.
