Yes, heavy and oversized loads are considered during the design phases. The largest payload robotic palletizer built to date has a 500kg payload capacity.

Yes, we make sure to understand the customer’s needs when it comes to all projects. We design the line to ensure that if a customer has different sizes and styles of pallets, they can be accommodated.

We offer operator training during our Factory Acceptance Testing in Kent, OH at no charge. We also offer operator and maintenance level training during our paid service call Startup & Training Sessions. In addition, we do offer technical support through phone and email service, as well as paid service calls if/when needed.
