TT25-E Top Taper
The Hamrick TT25-E Top Taper is a fully automatic tape case sealer that is a commonly integrated machine after a Hamrick case packer. This machine includes a Dekka 22 tape head and comes in a fully enclosed frame with interlocking safety/access doors. It is adjustable to handle case sizes of 4″-14″ wide and 6″-20″ long on our standard model. This machine is built with powder coated steel.

Hamrick was on stage at the annual FANUC ASI Conference to celebrate Growth and Sales Awards for selling 35 robots in 2024. This achievement was only accomplished by a handful of companies in the packaging equipment space, which makes us a leading robotic provider in our industry. In 2020, Hamrick joined the ASI program and five years later we are nearing 100 arms sold in the space for case erecting, partition inserting, case packing, and palletizing.

Compact CP10-R Robotic Case Packer
Features 3 product infeed options: cross pusher to pick table, flood feed for all round bottles/cans, or lane divider infeed. Built to fit in some of the tightest footprints for case packing and designed to handle slow to medium speeds without having to raise the product infeed elevation, this robot quickly and efficiently places layers of containers into cases consistently.
ComboBot Compact Erector/Packer
Features: (2) robot combination erector/packer for small footprints and low-speed lines up to 8 cases per minute (Higher speeds may be attainable based on the case and product geometry). This cell also can run undersized cases down to 3.5″ wide. It can run round or non-round product by adding an on-board servo lane divider.
CP10D-R ROBOTIC CASE PACKER FOR 2.5G CONTAINERS
Features: Ideal for larger F-style containers, this cell uses a FANUC arm to gently place 2.5G containers into cases at speeds up to 10+ cases per minute. It can also run 1G F-style, as well as smaller containers on the same line. Optional flap control for reshipper cases is now an option.
