The Hamrick ComboBot is designed to be a compact solution utilizing (2) FANUC arms for case erecting and packing at low rates of speed. This extremely versatile machine can fit into tight spaces and the dual robot solution is extremely efficient. This machine can erect boxes as small at 4” wide and can run most round or non-round rigid containers in various pack patterns in single or multi-layer formats up to 8 cases per minute.

 

Standard Features Include:

  • FANUC M-10iD/16S and M-20iD/35 robotic arms w/ R-30iB controllers​
  • Servo controlled lane divider (on “D” Series machines)​
  • 4’ powered case blank magazine standard​
  • Allen-Bradley controls suite (NEMA 12

Upgrade Options:

  • Product inspection/reject (if required)​
  • Dekka 23 – 3” tape head​
  • eWon remote access​
  • Product orienting (belt, screw, hook) to rotate products​
  • Vertical magazine for corrugated sheets (multi-layer applications)
