Model CP10D-R Robotic Case Packer for 2.5G F-Style Containers

The CP10D-R robotic case packer is configured for 2.5-gallon F-Style containers, a common format for industrial liquids, automotive fluids such as DEF in this case, and food-grade products. Watch how the system orients each F-Style container and packs them into corrugated cases without tipping, leaking, or label damage. This robotic case packer is purpose-built for 1-gallon blowmolded F-Style bottles, including those used in motor oil, antifreeze, and industrial chemical markets. The system accommodates the irregular handle geometry and lightweight construction of blowmolded bottles, packing them upright with consistent case patterns. Dual Infeed Robotic Case Packer w/ FANUC 710iC

The dual-infeed robotic case packer uses a FANUC 710iC robot to manage two product streams simultaneously, doubling throughput without doubling floor space. This configuration is built for low to medium-volume operations running same SKUs or product orientations through a single packing cell. Robotic Case Packer for Shingling Product

Shingled product handling demands precise pick patterns, orientation control, and gentle product transfer. This robotic case packer is configured for shingling applications common in bottles that don’t have a flat surface on leading and trailing ends. The video shows how the system allows the bottles to rotate to their natural collation position utilizing turning rails inside the lane guides. Once collated, the robot can easily pick and place the pack pattern.

ComboBot Compact Case Erector/Packer w FANUC Robots

The ComboBot combines a robotic case erector and robotic case packer into a single compact unit, eliminating the need for two separate machines. Powered by FANUC robots, the ComboBot erects each corrugated case, fills it with product, and discharges it for sealing, all within a fraction of the floor space required by traditional integrated systems. Ideal for facilities with limited floor space and low to mid-range throughput needs.
